1. 1. Searching ability register

Experienced by our customers to conduct searches before officially filing to evaluate the ability of registered trademarks.  Search Results will show that brand's customers have the same or similar to trademarks of others were registered in Vietnam for the same services or services similar or not. . Moreover, the search also helps customers confirmed the use of trademarks for the time to look is in violation of a right SHCN any other party or not.

a. Necessary documents for the search brand:

• Form brand should look, if the form is labeled black and white, the number of samples needed is 01. . If samples are labeled with pictures or color design, the number of samples needed is 03.
•  List of products / services need to look. (Customers should be listed in detail the products / services need to register to base the group.)

b. Time search

•  Search Results usually available after 2 working days
• We note with customers searching fees paid before the search was submitted to the Department of Intellectual Property. In the case of search results to see the trademark search can sign up, customers should submit the application now to have on priority earliest.

2. 2. Trademark registration

a. Time register

After receiving full documentation, we will proceed to draft and submit the paperwork necessary to register the trademarks of customers. . Application for trademark registration will go through 2 phases: assessment form (1) and assessment content (6 months). However, in practice, customers will lose 2 more months to SHTT Department of the Communist Party newspaper branded the report on industrial property.

If evaluation results confirmed the trademark registration would meet the standards of protection, Department of Intellectual Property will issue certificate of trademark registration in about 1 month later.

b.Documents registered trademark

- List the products, services brand
